What is your return policy?

As a very small business we will accept returns and exchanges if products are damaged upon arrival. You can return the product in 7 days if you decide the pieces isn't for you, however the customer is responsible for shipment back to Sophie Rae Designs.

Do you offer gift cards?

Hopefully soon! Keep an eye out for them in the next coming months!

Can I customize my bracelets?

Yes! We are happy to customize your order. If you do not see the right options in the checkout area, please reach out via Chat bot or through Instagram DMs @sophierae.designs

How quickly are the pieces made?

This will depend on the size of your order. Typically I will be able to get your piece in the mail within 5 days- however this is a one woman operation so please understand that delays can occur.
